Re: Ine, Kenshou (Stats & Techs)
Tech 1
-Name: Speed Strikes
-Effect: Kenshou uses his speed to strike multiple times in the normal space of time a single strike would take place. Placing five strikes in the space of one, the attacks themselves are weaker at about one-fifth his strength each, trading landing powerful blows for quick strikes.
-Cost: 3 Stamina
-Level: All
Tech 2
-Name: Reiryoku Release Strike
-Effect: Kenshou releases the built up reiryoku stored in his Zanpakuto from all his previous attacks. This augmented slash of the sword releases a powerful build up of pure reiryoku straight into his attack swing. This augments the entire attack from its speed to its power. The equivalent addition to the attack is equal to the number of units of reiryoku that has been stored added on to the strength for this attack. The amount of reiryoku he can release is shown in the chart below.
(Keep in mind that each Unit is worth 5 points.)
-Cool-down: None. Note that a unit is NOT gained from a hit augmented by this technique.
-Further Limitation: Can only be used once per action (If, for example, this technique were used in concert with the multi-strike tech above, only one of the attacks could be affected by it.)
-Level: Shikai
Tech 3
-Name: Reiryoku Transfusion
-Description: Kenshou uses the reiryoku that has been stored in his blade and transfuses it with his own. The effect is his own reiryoku blends in and matches the reiryoku that was transfused in from his shikai. It essentially matches his own reiryoku with the opponent. This trick can be seen through with a Reiatsu Perception, but is checked against Kenshou's Zanpakutō Resonance.
-Level: Shikai
Tech 4
-Name: Infused Bloody Needles
-Effect: This technique has two methods of being used. Both methods involve using a unit of blood stored in Hannelore and then either using Kenshous on reiryoku or a unit of reiryoku stored in Sera. If Kenshou uses his own reiryoku the attack will be based upon his spirit, but if he uses a stored unit of reiryoku it will be based upon that person’s spirit. What happens is either way Kenshou strikes Sera onto Hannelore to transfer the reiryoku and infuse it into the blood. He then swings Hannelore and releases the blood in droplets about a quarter inch diameter. These droplets fly out to a maximum of twenty meters and then hover in the air upon reaching the destination in a mass. Then they all shoot out a thin spike about the diameter of a needle, which erupts from the middle of the droplet towards the closest person caught in the mass.

- Transfusion Levels:
- Those with lower Reiatsu Perception will sense the transfused reiryoku.
- Those with Reiatsu Perception levels equal are able to sense parts of Kenshou's reiryoku seeping through.
- Those who have a higher Reiatsu Perception level are not fooled at all.

So if I understand right I get to transfer over earned GP to EP here from BG. I have 2032 GP earned, so if I'm right I get an extra 406 EP here. Or am I just that wrong. Also bump on my stats.

Unfortunately no Ine. Since you got Captain your new total is just a flat 600 EP. Any characters that come over and get a higher ranking than what they got on BG won't get to bring over their GP from BG. That wouldn't be that fair.
Re: Ine, Kenshou (Stats & Techs)
Okay that's what I was wondering, that's all good. So close too as my rank up is in over there and I'm just waiting on it.

Re: Ine, Kenshou (Stats & Techs)
Techs 1-3 especially so. You need to scale down the clones for starters. Full powered clones are frightening broken. You can have nerfed clones and still be able to pull off technique 3 in a powerful manner. A good method is to treat damage as a tier higher than the initial damage would be. Though doing that you'd have to up the drain the technique imposes in general especially if its supposed to be a finisher.
Now Technique 2.... You honestly need to tell us how this technique works. You say it lets you hit 5 times in the time it normally takes someone to hit once. So what does this mean? What is the damage being dealt? Also the stamina is too low. I think you should be spending 5 stamina at a minimum for this technique. 1 per strike but the cost might go up depending on how this technique is explained.
So in a nutshell... Tech 1 needs to be nerfed. Tech 2 needs to be defined and a proper stamina cost needs to be applied. Tech 3 needs a greater stamina drain.

Edited stats to reflect BG since I got captain 3 or so days after my app was approved.

Yup I know, also edited the techs to get rid of two as I have grown to dislike them and added in one more and changed the speed strike. Total strength adds up to one normal attack so I feel like 3 stamina is fair.
