Shinigami Set-Up

So once again making suggestions for how the set up should work. I like an idea that was floating in C-Box. That might help up divisions fill up quicker, First off CC own identity and what not, I like this. Then we have Captains and their Lt., single Lt. I never liked having more than one personally. Then all others are officers in the division who get EP based upon their app. Now how do we address the single Lt.'s and multiple people wanting them. I say set up an established method of challenge for people to RP against and have it judged by the Captain or Admin. Something for unique to each division i.e. the fifth would be a fight. I think that's it for this one.

I don't like that challenge thing personally. Leave the assistant/lieutenant choice in the hands of the captain. You aren't taking Nanao away from Shinsui or Yachiru away from Kenpachi (as canon examples.) If you're strong enough you might take the captain seat itself (and subsequently choose your own Assistant) but I feel it's best if the captain chooses his Vice.

As pointed out that a selected Lt. would be established and would keep the job unless they do it poorly are quite inactive, I don't mind this suggestion at all and like it quite a bit. Obviously though Captains would be up for challenges at any given time.
