Technique 1:Kuji-In no Chiyu(Nine Seals of Healing)
Description: Izumi's healing spell that she can use in and out of battle. Working by spurning on the afflicted target's own healing ability Izumi super charges it and heals their body based on the level of skill she possesses within the Creation Domain. The effects look as followed...
Beginner: Heals much in the manner of Beginner Regeneration.
Basic: Heals much like Basic Regeneration
Intermediate: Heals superficial through severe wounds ala Intermediate Regeneration
Advanced: Heals all but the most fatal of wounds. Akin to Advance Regeneration
Master: Near absolute healing. Works like Master Regeneration
Exalted: Absolute healing. See Exalted Regeneration
Cost/Limits: Being a healing spell Izumi needs to be within touching distance of the afflicted. Much like Regeneration this spell costs a specific amount to heal injuries based off how dire they are. The costs work much like the cost for the Regeneration Skill and is dictated by Izumi's Creation Domain Skill.
Beginner: Superficial (15), Minor(20), Moderate(25), Major(50), Severe(100)
Basic: Superficial (10), Minor(15), Moderate(20), Major(30), Severe(60)
Intermediate: Superficial (5), Minor(10), Moderate(15), Major(25), Severe(40)
Advanced: Superficial (3), Minor(7), Moderate(10), Major(15), Severe(30)
Master: Superficial (1), Minor(4), Moderate(7), Major(10), Severe(15), Fatal (100)
Exalted: Superficial (0), Minor(2), Moderate(4), Major(7), Severe(10), Fatal (80)

Technique 1: Blinding Radiance
Description: A support technique that works by Izumi using Amaterasu's strength to cause a solar flare(created by Izumi's energy) to scorch the sky causing a powerful EMP effect to cover the area within a 60 yard radius. The effect of which depends on Izumi's Sun Domain Skill vs the opponent's Reiatsu Perception Skill(or Pesquia for Arrancar who lack it) and as long as the opponent's Reiatsu Perception skill doesn't exceed the Sun Domain by 1 they are blinded, which causes their Reiatsu Perception to be treated as 2 levels weaker(Can not drop lower than Beginner). The blindness lasts for two posts plus the difference between their reiatsu perception skill and Izumi's Sun Domain Skill
Cost: Being a powerful support technique Blinding Radiance costs 15 stamina to activate. Opponent's with a superior Reiatsu Perception skill can avoid this technique and Izumi's allies are effected as well. This technique requires the Sun meaning that Izumi in most cases is unable to use it during the night without the aid of an artificial sun( or by paying 3 extra stamina for a total of 18).
Exemption:Izumi can spend 1 stamina per rank in her Sun Domain Skill in order to keep her allies of an equal number unaffected by the reiatsu blinding effect.
Technique 2:Heavenly Flames
Effect: A general but very versatile technique in which Izumi uses the Sun Domain to produce flames of solar energy that she can bend and shape at her will. The flames as a whole burn at Izumi's spirit stat + more depending on the rank her Sun Domain skill is at. Also depending on her skill the flames can be shaped and treated differently so this technique isn't just a generic flamethrower or fireball technique but one who's use is only limited by Izumi's skill level and imagination.
Beginner: +0 spirit/flames can only be moved by Izumi and work like a wildfire or flamethrower at best
Basic: +5 Spirit/Flames can be shaped into fireballs and hurled at the range of 20ft
Intermediate:+10 Spirit/Flames can explode violently at the snap of Izumi's fingers the explosions are 10ft in diameter
Advance: +15 Spirit/ flames can be shaped into weapons and manipulated in a manner that doesn't harm Izumi
Master:+20 Spirit/Flames can be manipulated in a manner that doesn't harm Izumi's allies
Cost: This technique costs 5 stamina to activate and the flames drain 1 stamina per turn if Izumi keeps them active. Exempting herself or her allies from the damage of the flames drains another point of stamina per body and manipulating the flames to erupt or shape into weapons costs 3 points of stamina as well.
- Other Techs:
Technique 1:Spirit Wolf
Description: A non combat technique that allows Izumi to shed her physical form and travel to the realm of the spirits. When used she immediately loses consciousness and her Spirit assumes the guise of a large though very elegant white wolf. While in her wolf form she can travel to any realm outside of the Human World and she can communicate to other souls as if she were speaking her natural tongue. This lasts until she is forced to enter a combat situation for the very second her concentration gets broken her spirit will return to her body.
Cost/Limits: 1 stamina is required to activate this technique. While in the wolf form Izumi's body is left in an unconscious and defenseless state. Combat immediately disengages this technique and returns her to her body.
Technique 2: Shinsousai
Description: A Shinto ritual of purification used by Izumi when dealing with pulses. When used on pulses or defeated hollows/arrancar the spirit's soul is instantly purified and allowed to pass onto the afterlife in a peaceful fashion. Works much like a shinigami's Konso save for it doesn't require the use of a zanpakuto, just a chant and some spirit energy.
Cost/Limits:Cost 1 stamina. For now this technique is absolutely useless in battle unless used against a pulse or a defeated opponent. Both of which Izumi could defeat effortlessly even without the use of this ritual.

All except the offensive solar attack are approved.
With that one, it says you can "shield your allies" meaning that the fire is the shield, correct? Fire is energy, not a physical substance, so does that mean that you shield allies in the fire because the fire is of intense heat and hard to pass through? Or did you have other intentions?

Noooo I meant that the flames themselves will not effect her or her allies when she expends more stamina. Its a means of keeping friendly fire down to a minimum thanks to possessing a greater degree of control around her spirit energy and the flames. Think of it as her draping her allies in her spirit energy and make it so the flames treat her allies as her. So in this case it just wouldn't burn them to a crisp but the downside is that Izumi is draining her stamina per the number of people she exempts from the flames.

As long as it's made clear the fire isn't in particular "shielding" then it is perfectly approved

There we go. <3 Reworded it so its not "shielding" anymore. Just exempting Izumi and her allies from the damage of the flames when she has advance and master level control.

I'm going to be changing my stats and skills around considering I decided to just use Hakuren's total. I'll have Kit figure out my total then post here and then I'll begin working on redoing everything.

Techs and Skills updated using Hakuren's total which was 913. I invested 180 into skills and 120 in stats and 10 in purchasing a technique slot for later. I just added that extra 313 to my existing 600 EP and the math should add up.
